Returns

  • We accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@custom26.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.

  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided with your RA number.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Support team to arrange the exchange process.

Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
