What Our Warranty Covers

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers the movement of the watch against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. If you experience an issue with the movement of your watch within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the watch free of charge.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

While we are committed to supporting our customers, certain situations fall outside the scope of our warranty:

Physical damage to the watch, including scratches, dents, or cracks on the case, crystal, or strap.
Water damage caused by exceeding the watch’s stated water resistance limit.
Damage due to tampering, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than our team.
Issues resulting from negligence or improper use, such as exposure to extreme conditions or impacts.
